In many cases, yes. We use remodel-style recessed cans and fish wiring through existing walls and ceilings with minimal patching needed. We'll tell you upfront what to expect for your specific ceiling type.
Do you supply the fixtures or do I provide them? ▾
Either works. Many customers purchase their own fixtures from a store and we install them. We can also source and supply fixtures — just ask when you call.
Can you install smart dimmer switches and lighting controls? ▾
Yes. We install Lutron, Leviton, and other smart dimmer and switching systems. We ensure the wiring is compatible with your smart lighting system of choice.
Do outdoor lighting installs need a permit? ▾
Simple fixture replacements typically don't require a permit. New circuits for landscape lighting or large outdoor installations may require one. We'll let you know upfront what your project requires.
